Refund and Exchange Policy

General Refund Policy

  • No refunds for digital downloadable products and courses once access to the course space is provided.
  • If someone purchases the Learn to Thrive Complete program but cannot attend the dates/times of the live course once the dates have been provided, then we will switch them to community or self study course and refund the balance.

Refund Policy for programs with insurance funding

If a client formally withdrawals from the Learn to Thrive Complete course with live group facilitation:

  • The insurer will be billed a minimum of $500.00 plus a $200 claim form fee if the client withdraws (covering intake, course manual, and online course access).
  • The insurer will be billed $1000 +HST if the client withdraws before the 4th live session.
  • The insurer will be billed the full amount of the program and no refund will be provided if a client withdraws after the fourth live session.

Exchange Policy

Clients may exchange their program for one of equal or lesser value within 10 days of purchase. Alternatively, the program’s value can be applied toward another purchase at the company’s discretion.
