9 Week Virtual Wellbeing Workshop Series
Three tiers to choose from

What is Learn to Thrive?

Learn to Thrive with Post-Concussion Syndrome is a unique well-being workshop series that helps people living with persistent concussion symptoms. Participants will join a group of concussion survivors in a transformational experience that equips them to deal with the many challenges of the healing journey.

Lina and Arvinder created this interactive workshop that combines their life and work experiences in helping people with brain injuries and concussions. As someone who sustained a concussion in 2018 and is still experiencing symptoms, Lina understands first-hand the frustration, challenges and isolation that come with the slow recovery of post-concussion syndrome. She led a program to help survivors effectively change their outlook and have more joy in life.

Arvinder brings 25 years of knowledge and expertise in working with brain injury survivors from her occupational therapy practice PiOT. PiOT’s experience working with clients, adjusters and lawyers with motor vehicle accidents ensures that this program meets the reporting requirements of medical-legal cases.

The Learn to Thrive with Post-Concussion Syndrome workshop is the perfect complement to existing rehabilitation programs. It incorporates education, evidence-based practices and support that have proven, lasting results for many concussion survivors who have completed the program.

This isn’t another support group. It’s a community of people who understand your struggles but also share in your experience as you learn practical tools together from day one that will help you thrive once more.

The challenges of post-concussion syndrome extend far beyond the physical symptoms. We know that feelings of isolation, not being understood, frustration, depression, self-criticism, anxiety and loss of hope are what make this journey particularly burdensome. Our program addresses these issues specifically, by both creating a space of connecting, understanding and community, providing the tools and activities to build and improve relationships, build resilience and start experiencing more joy.

The 9 Week Learn to Thrive Program includes:

We combine education, experiential practice and professional and community support, all to address the emotional, social, and psychological needs of PCS patients.
